Job summary

You will engage clients through walk-ins and outreach, explain TD products in clear terms, and guide them toward appropriate mortgages and digital tools, while maintaining strict risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship-building environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain active NMLS registration if required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.
