Qualifications

• College degree preferred or related work experience.
• 6–12 months of cash handling or customer service in a retail environment; banking experience a plus.
• Desire to learn the banking industry, help others, and work professionally.
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance and reconcile teller cash drawer; process outgoing wires.
• Open accounts and refer customers to other bank areas as needed.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products/services.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank data.
• Follow regulations and security procedures to minimize risk.
