Qualifikationen

• College degree in business, accounting or finance preferred or related work experience.
• At minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Desire to learn the banking industry, help others, and work in a professional environment.
• PC literate and typing proficiently; experience with banking software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good note taking and follow-up skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills; able to engage customers professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to give and receive feedback to improve skills and knowledge.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
• Able and willing to commute for business needs.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for handling teller transactions and customer service with accuracy.
• Open accounts and refer customers to other areas as appropriate.
• Follow regulations and bank security procedures to minimize risk.
• Process deposits/withdrawals and reconcile cash drawer.
• Process outgoing wires and manage safe deposit duties.
• Cross-sell bank products/services and support branch promotions.
• Identify sales opportunities and maintain relationships with customers.
