Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship building capacity, including identifying needs and delivering solutions.
• Prior banking experience, including teller, platform, or relationship banking roles preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations, including uncovering needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and confidently to diverse client populations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, independently organize work, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills in client-facing and operational scenarios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and sustains long term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location.
• Proactively engages in client conversations with curiosity, actively listening and accurately capturing information while leveraging TD systems and tools to identify appropriate client solutions and next best actions.
• Leads client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities, uncovering needs through advanced questioning and active listening.
• Provides clear, tailored guidance on a broader range of products and services to support informed client decisions.
• Delivers needs-based guidance and manages more complex client scenarios with referrals and partner collaboration.
• Acts as a client advocate, building deeper relationships through ongoing engagement and proactive outreach.
• Engages clients on mortgage products, receiving mortgage inquiries, and referring to mortgage solutions.
• Champions the client experience with continuity, follow-through, and connection to TD's network of expertise.
• Adheres to policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and risk awareness.
