• Process customer financial transactions in line with bank guidelines.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and services.

• Supervise and coach fellow relationship bankers; onboard new staff.
• Perform routine teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loans payments.
• Support sales, retention, and bank initiatives to grow branch profits.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales, service, and operations goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies; participate in audits.
• Travel to alternate banking centers as needed; accommodate flexible hours.
