Responsibilities

• Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion, leveraging resources and tools.
• Evaluates client needs and offers appropriate financial products through needs-based conversations.
• Performs routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashes, and loan payments.
• Supports segmentation strategy by implementing sales and bank initiatives to grow profitability.
• Meets or exceeds both individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
