Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and advising Regions' solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital banking options to make banking easier.
• Ensures a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to experts.
• Follows bank procedures and reports operational risks.
