Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in some cases.
• Life Insurance License is a plus and may be required in some regions.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets and guides customers to Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Delivers a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Follows bank processes and regulatory requirements and manages operational risk.
