Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by assessing customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls from lead lists to grow relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM) to simplify banking.
• Delivers a consistent customer experience, assists with greeting and transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and escalates when needed.
• Directs complex financial goals to internal experts for tailored guidance.
• Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
