Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and recommending Regions solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Explains Regions digital offerings (mobile, online, ATM).
• Delivers a consistent customer experience while greeting and processing transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to experts.
