Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship-building capacity.
• Prior banking environment experience preferred (teller, platform, or relationship banking).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations, uncover needs and tailor solutions.
• Strong communication skills, clearly conveying information to diverse clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration as required.
• Notary license (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, personalized client experience through discovery that builds trust.
• Lead client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth for the bank location.
• Balance client needs with risk and compliance, ensuring accurate data capture and compliant actions.
