Qualifications

• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration
• Notary license (or ability to obtain) preferred

Responsibilities

• Drives acquisition in a bank location by engaging clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outbound outreach
• Engages clients with curiosity and conducts discovery to uncover needs
• Explains TD options with features, benefits, and risks in clear language
• Delivers personalized solutions and next steps, connecting clients to products or partners
• Maintains accurate documentation and follows risk/compliance policies
• Educates clients on TD products and digital capabilities to improve financial wellness
• Builds client relationships through personalized interactions
