Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Outbounds calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services.
• Educates customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Provides a consistent customer experience and processes transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers complex goals to internal experts when needed.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations.
