Qualifications

• Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• NMLS registration is required; license may be obtained after employment.
• Proficient with MS Office and digital tools.
• Occasional travel for meetings and market events.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend Simmons resources to customers, including in-branch and digital options.
• Meet personal and branch goals through in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Open and close accounts; assist with account selection and research.
• Process consumer loan requests; know loan policies and procedures.
• Refer customers to partner teams for small business, corporate, mortgage advice.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and training.
• Handle customer requests and transactions professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
