Qualifications

• Ability to motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Team-centric approach to serving customers in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Lead branch team in absence of AFCM and guide junior associates.
• Meet or exceed individual goals for multiple quarters.
• Strong training and coaching capabilities for staff.
• HS Diploma or GED; two years customer-facing experience; NMLS registration requirement.
• Proficient in MS Office; social media usage for brand awareness and market knowledge.
• Willing to travel occasionally for meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's resources to customers including digital capabilities.
• Achieve individual goals through in-person and outbound activities that present solutions.
• Open and close accounts; assist with research and ensure compliance.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and portfolio knowledge.
• Refer clients to partner teams for small business, mortgage and financial advisors.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with an optimal customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and required training.
• Process customer requests in a positive, accurate, and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
