Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years customer-facing experience.
• Must register with NMLS and obtain license after employment.
• Wamiliarity with MS Office and social media for brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand client relationships to meet branch goals.
• Provide expert financial solutions from Simmons products and services.
• Open/close accounts and assist with account research and compliance.
• Refer clients to partner teams for business, mortgage and advisory needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with a positive customer experience.
• Complete compliance training and follow applicable laws and policies.
