Simmons Bank in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Relationship Banker to build, expand and retain client relationships while delivering an outstanding client experience.

You will assess financial needs and offer bank products and services to help clients reach current and future financial goals. This role emphasizes needs-based conversations, outbound calls, and networking events to grow the client base.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• Must register with the NMLS and obtain an NMLS license after employment.

Responsabilidades

• Share and recommend Simmons resources including in-branch services, digital capabilities, and partner resources.
• Meet individual goals through in-person and outbound calling activities with needs-based recommendations.
• Open and close accounts, assist with account selection, research customer accounts, and ensure compliance (BSA and CIP).
• Facilitate consumer loan requests; know loan policies and assist with consumer loan portfolios.
• Refer customers to partner teams for small business, corporate, mortgage and financial advisory services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by engaging customers and delivering a superior experience.
