Simmons Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Missouri (Lee's Summit area) to build, expand, and retain client relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will assess financial needs and present solutions across bank products, engaging via in-branch and outreach activities.

The role requires 2 years of customer-facing experience, outbound calling, and knowledge of digital banking tools.

Formación

Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and/or Obtain an NMLS license after employment.

Responsabilidades

Share and recommend the bank's full scope of resources with customers, including traditional in-branch services, digital capabilities, and business partner resources.
Open and close accounts; assist customers with selecting accounts; research customer accounts; comply with BSA and CIP requirements.
Facilitate consumer loan requests; solicit loan requests; maintain knowledge of loan policies and procedures; assist with branch consumer loan portfolios.
Uncover needs and refer customers to partner-centric teams for small business, corporate/institutional partners, mortgage and financial advisors.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by engaging customers and ensuring an optimal experience.
Process customer requests and transactions in a positive, accurate and professional manner with needs-based conversations.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
