Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach fellow relationship bankers where applicable.
• Respond to customers' needs in a timely fashion, capitalizing on resources.
• Perform routine teller transactions and support branch operations.
• Meet/exceed branch goals in sales, service and operations while ensuring compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching of banking center colleagues.
