Job summary

You will use Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs to provide convenient access to services while upholding regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent, adaptable communication for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comply with risk, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
• Flexibility to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and deepen relationships.
• Understand financial needs and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
