Job summary

Webster Bank, a division of Santander Bank, N.A., seeks a Relationship Banker II to provide services for Banking Center customers and assist the team in achieving sales, service, and operation goals. The role processes customer transactions and uses excellent communication to learn needs, establish trust, and optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced degrees (Associates and/or Bachelor’s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer-related financial transactions in accordance with bank rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Learn customer needs through needs-based conversations to offer appropriate financial products and services, build relationships, and generate leads.
• Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to grow branch profitability.
• Achieve/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service and operations.
• Supervise and coach fellow banking center colleagues; act as a role model and help onboard new bankers.
