Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Cross selling experience preferred.
• Platform banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult customers by conducting financial profiles and identifying needs.
• Cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to attract and retain relationships.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Achieve defined sales and service goals.
• Provide backup support to other branches as needed.
