• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Submit credit applications and education clients on digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
• Identify solutions for clients and recommend financial products based on their goals.
