Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically four to five years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to build and foster client relationships.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and digital services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
