U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers by meeting face to face and delivering tailored financial solutions. You will assess clients’ banking needs, open accounts, and process transactions while educating clients on digital tools to enhance self-service capabilities.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach, thorough product knowledge, and collaboration with branch teams to serve clients with accuracy and care, supporting overall bank objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset.
• Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively.
