Responsibilities

• Engage customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel with a digital-first mindset.
• Assess banking needs, educate clients on available deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; process service requests and submit credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on digital and self-service products to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with operational excellence and accuracy.
