Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Explain and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and digital services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Proactively educate clients on emerging digital tools to improve the client experience.
