Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process credit applications, and educate clients on digital products and services while maintaining a high level of service.

You’ll work with branch teammates to deliver a seamless client experience, build trust, and promote banking solutions that meet each client’s goals. NMLS registration is required and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically has 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommends solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Provides an optimal client experience and collaborates with branch team members to serve clients.
