Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking or an equivalent blend of experience and training.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, by appointment, and digital channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools.
• Identify solutions based on customers' goals and banking needs.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver excellent client experiences.
• Meet regulatory and NMLS registration requirements, including background/credit checks.
