Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will engage customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide informed financial counsel with a digital-first approach.

You will grow relationships by understanding client needs, educating on products, and guiding decisions across consumer and business banking offerings. You will open accounts, process requests, and support channel preferences, partnering with the branch team to offer a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically has four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration and background/credit check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
