Job summary

U.S. Bank in Arizona (Queen Creek area) is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships, engage customers through in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, and provide tailored financial guidance.

You will open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on digital tools to support their goals. The role emphasizes proactive client outreach, cross-selling appropriate products, and collaboration with branch teams to deliver exceptional service in a digital-first

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.

Responsibilities

Engage clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet needs.
Proactively follow up to deepen client relationships and understand financial goals.
Collaborate with branch teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet sales targets.
