Job summary

You will open new consumer and business accounts, educate clients on digital tools, and work with branch teams to deliver excellent service every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of retail banking experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Comfort with digital banking and self-service technologies.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Greet clients and process basic transactions, delivering a consistent client experience.
