Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; background/credit checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients across channels to provide counsel.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service digital products and services.
• Leverages resources to optimize client experience with accuracy and operational excellence.
• Develops partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
