Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and educate them on available products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver optimal client experiences.
• Adhere to NMLS registration requirements and related compliance processes.
