Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Mortgage Lending/Relationship Banking professional in Laurel, MD to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships through consultative, needs-based guidance. You will leverage product knowledge to present mortgage and banking solutions while upholding TD's risk standards.

The role requires engaging in discovery, tailoring guidance, and coordinating with partners to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship building capacity.
• Prior banking experience including teller, platform, or relationship banking roles preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations and uncover needs.
• Strong communication skills to diverse client populations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.
