Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, service, or relationship-building roles.
• Prior banking experience (teller, platform, or relationship banking) preferred.
• Ability to conduct consultative client conversations and uncover needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse client populations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to apply sound judgment and problem-solving in client-facing scenarios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to complete required job-related training on hire.
• NMLS registration ability or requirement.
• Notary license preferred.
