Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Excellent communication, in person and over the phone, with customers.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Work hours include weekends and some evenings; licensure progress required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists when needed.
