Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating
• Working knowledge of all bank products and services
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Process customer financial transactions according to bank policies and regulations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales, service, and operations goals.
• Supervise and coach fellow relationship bankers when needed.
• Onboard and train new banking center staff.
