Trustmark Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker/Floaters. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, matching products, and delivering a high level of service across assigned branches.

Floater positions require travel and prompt application for permanent openings. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, approving cash transactions, vault duties, and advancing deposits, loans, and insurance sales while maintaining accuracy and security.

Formación

• 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience or retail sales with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Ability to learn mortgage lending guidelines and process loans within 2 years.
• Be able to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor Relationship Bankers and Tellers.
• Review/approve various transactions including night drop contracts/logs, deposits, cash items, money orders, official checks, and cash drawers.
• Handle cash shipment and vault management for a branch.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate bank products through proactive sales/service.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposits, loans, insurance, and cash management services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience following Trustmark's service standards.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly while providing excellent service.
• Travel between branch locations and perform additional duties as assigned.
