Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach in and outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing and account opening.
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming Woodforest Experience to customers and support digital tools.
