Southside Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I in Fort Worth to deliver consistent, value-added service and build lasting customer relationships. You will perform teller transactions, open new accounts, and refer additional products to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or the equivalent required.
• Minimum six month cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in typing, 10-key calculator and data entry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Completion and comprehension of the following Southside Bank instructor led classes within the first 6 months of employment: New Employee Orientation; Teller Training; Teller Advanced and Professional Teller; New Accounts; Product Knowledge; Back to Basics Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller services including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.
• Process new accounts and cross-sell other need-based products and services.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive Bank information.
• Communicate account information clearly to customers and refer to other departments when needed.
• Meet or exceed operational and sales goals and balance cash drawer daily.
