Qualifications

• High School Diploma strongly preferred.
• Some college strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Superior customer service skills required.
• Ability to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate with customers and co-workers.

Responsabilités

• Serves as customers' single point of contact on all First United Bank products and services.
• Opens new accounts, certificates of deposit, and other ancillary products; assists customers with questions and paperwork.
• Balances inquiries and cash handling; maintains appropriate drawer limits and vault duties.
• Meets or exceeds performance goals and participates in sales campaigns; promotes new products and services.
• Resolves customer issues with professionalism and adheres to bank policies and regulatory standards.
