Broadway Bank in Texas seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver a full range of banking services and build lasting customer relationships. You will handle transactions, account openings, servicing and loan support while aiming to meet sales goals and educate clients on products.

You will use CRM tools to manage client information, schedule follow-ups, and collaborate with LOB partners to offer tailored financial solutions. Some travel within the area may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework is a plus.
• 4-year degree is preferred but not required.
• Retail sales or service experience is beneficial.
• Experience using PC applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Provide banking services including transactions and account servicing.
• Resolve client concerns directly or via referrals.
• Engage customers with questions and active listening to build relationships.
• Educate customers on Broadway deposit and loan products.
• Meet sales goals by understanding customer financial needs.
• Build relationships through outbound calls for service and onboarding.
• Use CRM to record activities and schedule follow-ups.
• Collaborate with bankers to connect clients with experts.
• Assist in risk management and comply with policies.
