Responsibilities

• Maintains a basic knowledge of all First United Bank products, services, procedures, policies and regulatory issues.
• Opens new accounts, certificates of deposit, and other products; completes paperwork accurately.
• Processes a variety of transactions quickly with minimal errors.
• Identifies customer needs and matches them with bank products and services.
• Resolves customer complaints and issues; assists peers as needed.
• Supports security procedures for bank and vault operations.
• Meets and often exceeds performance goals and participates in sales campaigns.
