Regions Bank in Montgomery, AL is hiring a Relationship Banker I to deliver an exceptional customer experience at the cash line and over the phone. The role focuses on building meaningful customer connections, handling transactions, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs with Regions products.

Ideal candidates bring prior teller or cash-handling experience and strong communication skills to educate customers on how to bank digitally, with the potential for growth and upward

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Fulfills basic servicing requests (e.g., new/replacement cards, PIN resets, checks).
• Develops relationships with customers and remains informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist team members with basic tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex needs.
• Follow bank processes and manage operational risks.
