Regions Bank in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Relationship Banker I to deliver exceptional customer experiences, process transactions, and educate customers on digital banking tools. You will build trusted relationships, assist with everyday banking needs, and contribute to meeting branch goals.

The role emphasizes communication, accuracy in cash handling, and the ability to work with digital solutions while supporting customers across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking relationship.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Assists branch and teammates with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex goals.
• Follows bank processes and ensures sound banking practices and risk reporting.
• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers about emerging technology and services.
