Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship-building environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required for the role.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition and deepen relationships at the bank location.
• Engage clients with curiosity and conduct needs-based discovery.
• Clearly explain options, including features, benefits, and risks.
• Deliver personalized solutions and next best actions to connect clients with appropriate products.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in documentation and processes.
• Provide ongoing guidance on TD products, services and digital capabilities.
