Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone/online.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software.
• Walk and stand for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and assist with teller transactions.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, info changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their bank relationships.
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist branch and team with basic tasks and help resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for more complex goals.
• Follow bank processes and manage operational risks.
• Help achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers about technology.
