Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication across in-person, on the phone, and electronic channels.
• Proficient with computers, typing, and monitor attention.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• 1 year banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions.
• Educate customers on digital solutions like mobile and online banking.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer banking needs.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Support branch team and adhere to bank procedures and regulations.
• Assist in achieving branch targets.
