Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills, in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Proficient computer use and sustained attention to monitor.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Handles deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Develops relationships and remains informed about customer banking needs.
• Educates customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists team members and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Follows bank processes and ensures sound banking practices.
